writing experience participated in Jean Tennant's Writing Seminar. The
results were very positive, with evaluation comments ranging from
'highly practical and valuable,' 'an excellent presenter of a great
variety of information,' to 'Jean's advice was very inspirational.' We

"When I signed up for Jean
Tennant's Writer's Workshop I didn't dream she would have such an impact
on my life. Each participant of the workshop received personal
attention, and she gave us important information that we would otherwise
have spent precious time learning by trial and error."

"I had so much fun at Jean's seminar! I
met other writers who have since become my friends, and we all feel
enriched for the experience and know we are better writers since being
there."

Jean's first novel was a YA romance, published by Silhouette in 1986.
It was followed by six more in quick succession, most of them
thrillers - but each with an element of romance. After a long hiatus,
during which she worked as a news correspondent for the Sioux City
Journal, she has returned to full-length fiction and as owner of her
own small publishing company.
